All IBLA games are assigned by the Rock Valley Officials Association. If any changes need to be made to a game you will need to notify Angela Leone (847-477-3731), rvofficials@hotmail.com

- Make all calls loud and clear
- Explain Ruling
- Explain what they did
- Ground Balls
- Push in back
- Holds
- Playing with the free hand
- Big vs Small Player
- Rules are rules
- If player breaks a rule regardless of size he will be penilized
- Never Hang-out or socialize with a team or players from a team before, during, or after a game
